ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Your Fantor watch has been manufactured to precise specifications and subjected to a series of quality tests.It is guaranteed to be free from any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear, tear and use of the watch. Should a problem with the watch occur,please contact an authorized Fantor watch dealer.You will need a copy of the receipt with dealer stamp.


WATER RESISTANCE

Fantor watches are all 3 or 5 ATM water resistant.See caseback for water resistance rating for all watches.

The watches are resistant to accidental contact with splashes of water and can be used when washing hands or in the rain. Not to be used for swimming or dliving. 

Avoid contact with water for all leather bracelets.

CARE AND PRECAUTIONS

Clean your timepiece with a soft cloth and water only.Do not submerge it. After any saltwater use, your timepiece should be rinsed clean and dried with a soft cloth. We advise having your timepiece serviced every 18-24 months to ensure longevity and trouble- free operation.It is important to avoid the following conditions: extreme heat or cold, as well as prolonged periods of exposure to direct sunlight, exposure to wet conditions that exceed your timepieces's water rating.


Never operate any of the function buttons or adjust the position of the crown when the timepiece is in contact with water.


ADJUSTABLE MESH BRACELET

Fantor's soft mesh bracelets are easily adjustable.

Simply insert a small screwdriver or similar tool into the clasp as shown in the picture. Lift up the clasp and move it to the desired position. Make sure the clasp is set in one of the indentations on the back of the bracelet. Snap the clasp securely into place Link bracelets can be adjusted anywhere watches are serviced.

PRECAUTIONS OF MILAN MAGNETIC BAND

It is important to make sure the magnetic stone have no direct contact with watch bottom when you take off your Milan Magnetic band watch as timekeeping may become inaccurate.

STANDARD INSTRUCTIONS:

SET DATE AND TIME

1) Pull the crown out to the 2nd position. Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the date.

2) Pull the crown out to the 3rd position. Turn the crown to set hour and minute hands

3) When the crown is pushed back to the 1st position, the second hand begins to run .


*If the date is set between the hours of  9 p.m. and 2 a.m.,the date may not change the following day.

MULTIFUNCTION-DAY/DATE/24 HOURS

1) SET THE DAY

Pull the crown to the 3rd position. Turn the hands in a clockwise direction to set the day. The hands should be turned clockwise, advancing the hour hand by 24 hours per day.


NOTE: Do not set the day by turning the crown in a counterclockwise direction, as possibility that the date         will not change over if set in this way.

*The day changes somewhere between 0:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. or a little later.


2) SET THE TIME

After setting the day, set the hour and minute hands. 

Turn the hands in a clockwise direction. To ensure the time is set accurately, first turn the minute hand 5 minutes ahead of desired time and then turn back (counterclockwise)to the desired time. When the crown is pushed back to the 1st position, the second hand begins to run.


NOTE: Make sure you have correctly set the a.m./p.m.before setting the time. When the day changes over, it is a.m.


3)SET THE DATE (BY QUICK OPERATION)

Pull the crown to the 2nd Position. Turn the crown counterclockwise.


NOTE: Do not set the date between the hours of 9 p.m. to 00:30 a.m. as the date may not change correctly the next day.

MULTIFUNCTION-DUAL TIME

Local Time Setting 

Before setting the time, make sure the second hand is at the 12:00 position. 

1.Pull crown out to the 2nd position.

2.Turn crown clockwise to advance hour and minute hands.

3.Push crown back to the 1st position.


Quick set the dual time

1) Crown at the 1st position.

2) Adjust the time by pressing the button A or B. 

Button A : - 1 minute / push 

Button B : +1 minute / push 


Precise adjustment of the dual time

1)Pull out the crown to the 2nd position when the second hand is at the 12 o'clock position. 

2)Adjust the time by pressing the button A or B. 

  Button A : -1 minute / push

  Button B : +1 minute / push 

3)Push the crown back in the 1st position accordancewith a time signal.

CHRONOGRAPH

SET THE DATE AND TIME

1)Pull the crown out to the 3rd position

2)Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands.

3)When the crown is pushed back to the 1st position, 

 the second hand begins to run (make sure AM/PMis set correctly). 


ADJUSTING THE STOPWATCH HAND POSITION 

Before setting the time, check if all the chronograph hands - 1/10 second (where applicable), second, minute - are at the "60"(12 o'clock) position. If the stopwatch is in use, press the buttons in the following order to reset it, and then, check if the hands return to "60" position.

1)If the chronograph is counting : A -> B

2)If the stopwatch is stopped : B

If either of the stopwatch hands are not in the "0" position , reset them following the procedure below. 

1) Pull the crown out to the 2nd position.

2) Press button A or B to reset all stopwatch hands to "60" position.

   * The stopwatch minute hand moves correspondingly with the stopwatch second hand.

   * The hands move quickly if the respective buttons are kept pressed. 

3) Push the crown back to the 1st position.
